Plaintiff previously presented evidence that it would be irreparably harmed if the defendant internet stores received notice of this suit prior to the plaintiff identifying and temporarily restraining the defendants' financial assets and temporarily halting the allegedly infringing websites. Plaintiff now attests that it has been working diligently to complete those tasks, as well as serve all of the defendants in the manner specified by the Court; however, due to the number of defendants (there are over 190) and recent holidays, it has been unable to do so within the 14-day deadline set by this Court.
