Any new filing of the claims set forth in the complaint filed in this case should not be designated as a refiling of this case or as a related case to this case. To the extent that the plaintiff seeks to file the names of the defendants under seal, the plaintiff should file the case under seal per Local Rule 5.7. This case is terminated; all pending motions are denied without prejudice as moot.
