No. [43]) But YLILILY is a corporate entity, so it needs a lawyer. A filing by the owner does not count. So the Affidavit and Memorandum is stricken. Plaintiff filed a memorandum in support of its motion for entry of default (Dckt. No. [46]), a motion for entry of default (Dckt. No. [47]), and another supporting memorandum (Dckt. No. [48]). Plaintiff's counsel wrongfully designated the first memorandum as a motion in CM/ECF (Dckt. No. [46]). The first memorandum (Dckt. No. [46]) is stricken as duplicative. The motion for entry of default and default judgment (Dckt. No. [47]) is hereby granted in part. The answers to the complaint are long overdue. The Court enters default under Rule 55(a) against the remaining defendants. A response to the motion for default judgment is due by January 18, 2022.
