No. [62]) He claims that he has defenses, but he does not disclose what they are. This Court will grant Defendant leave to file a motion to dismiss or an answer by April 27, 2022. At that point, this Court will consider whether to vacate the entry of default. A failure to comply will lead to denial of the motion. To the extent that Defendant challenges service of process, it is denied because this Court previously authorized service by email given that Plaintiff sued anonymous sellers.
