An affiliate is defined as follows: any entity or individual owning, directly or indirectly (through ownership of one or more other entities), 5% or more of a party. The Court sets the following schedule with respect to Plaintiff and Defendant Oyoangle Online Store (Defendant No. 6). The parties will exchange Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures by 12/31/24. Written discovery shall be served by 1/14/25. Fact discovery shall be completed by 7/28/25. The parties will make their Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures by 9/1/25 and will conclude any expert depositions by 10/13/25. The parties shall file a joint status report by 2/28/25 that addresses their progress with written discovery.
