On December 18, 2023, the Court issued its Rule 16 notice directing the parties to file a proposed scheduling order by February 1, 2024. No proposed scheduling order was ever filed. Although one Defendant was subsequently dismissed from this lawsuit, it appears Plaintiff still maintains a claim against Defendant Digital Draw Network, Inc. Accordingly, on or before April 15, 2024, Plaintiff shall either file a proposed scheduling order or show cause why this case should not be dismissed without prejudice.
