Quanzhou Sanhai Trade Co., Ltd., No. 22 C 118 (N.D. Ill) ("Cartier"). For the reasons stated in the Court's January 20, 2022 order (Dkt. # 26) in Cartier, which is fully incorporated herein, the Court finds that the joinder requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 20(a)(1)(A) are not satisfied, and Plaintiffs may not proceed together in this action. Plaintiffs are given leave to file an amended complaint by June 6, 2022, naming a single plaintiff. Plaintiffs' motions for a temporary restraining order 13 and electronic service of process 19 are denied without prejudice to refiling on behalf of a single plaintiff after an amended complaint is filed.
