The Court has also reviewed plaintiff's status report, in which plaintiff states that he will file a motion for temporary restraining order once leave to file the other documents under seal has been granted, which the Court has now done. The Court notes that plaintiff filed this case slightly over two months ago and has not moved for a temporary restraining order, which leads the Court to question whether there is an actual emergency that calls for entry of a TRO.
