Hunt: On 12/19/24, Plaintiff commenced this trademark infringement action by filing a Complaint 1 and provisionally sealed Schedule A 8 listing 250 Defendants. In addition, Plaintiff filed a motion to seal 7 that was not accompanied by the required notice of presentment. Plaintiff's motion states that such relief is necessary to prevent the Defendants from learning of these proceedings prior to the execution of a temporary restraining order. To date, however, no motion for entry of a temporary restraining order has been filed. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion to seal 7 is stricken for noncompliance with the notice of presentment requirement and as unnecessary because there is no pending motion for entry of a temporary restraining order.
